Taylor is the owner and lead designer at Impact Home Design. His approach is simple: understand each client’s goals and design a home that brings those goals to life. Whether working with homeowners envisioning their dream home or builders and developers focused on market needs, Taylor shapes each project around the client’s priorities while meeting municipal requirements and the complexities of the BC Building Code. The result is a thoughtful, fully coordinated design that's ready for building permit and construction.

With a degree in Building Technology and nearly a decade of hands-on experience alongside builders, developers, and homeowners, Taylor brings a blend of creativity, technical skill, and precision to every project. He deeply understands the BC Building Code, the realities of construction, and the processes of local municipalities. His passion for design, paired with extensive industry knowledge, allows him to create distinctive and functional home plans for custom homes, additions, renovations and projects of all sizes.

Born and raised in Victoria, Taylor grew up in Fernwood and later Gordon Head before settling in Langford with his wife and three daughters. He loves cooking, barbecuing, smoking meat, reading, and writing short stories—and hopes to publish a novel someday.
